Frost Bank has traditionally lagged behind in the digital space. But that’s changing fast. I’ve been one of the key team members dedicated to overhauling its website and other digital properties. I’ve worked with multiple lines of business to develop the content strategy and content from scratch, often on complex subject matter, such as mutual fund investing, HR consulting and risk management.
As the agency’s lead UX writer for Frost, I’m tasked with keeping the bank’s website up to date, and translating complex financial topics into plain English.
UX Writer (headlines, body copy, and transactional and error messages)
Starting with the mix of video and photography in the hero section, we designed the page to show how Frost’s technology fits into their customers’ daily lives. And to demonstrate the fact that Frost customers drive the innovation, we also asked for their feedback to help improve the technology.
Similar to the tech page, we created a collage in the hero section to connect the different security features to our users’ lives.

Frost has been guided by its values from the beginning. And that manifests itself in the way they treat their customers as well as the technology and security tools they design. So, we created this page to show customers exactly that.
