Frost Bank has traditionally lagged behind in the digital space. But that’s changing fast. I was one of the key team members dedicated to overhauling its website and other digital properties. I worked with multiple lines of the business to develop the content strategy and content from scratch, often on complex subject matter, such as mutual fund investing, HR consulting, and risk management.
THE challenge
As the agency’s lead UX writer, I was tasked with keeping the bank’s website up to date and translating complex financial topics into plain English.

Starting with the mix of video and photography in the hero section, we designed the page to show how Frost’s technology fits into their customers’ daily lives. And to demonstrate the fact that Frost customers drive the innovation, we also asked for their feedback to help improve the technology.

Frost has been guided by its values from the beginning. And that manifests itself in the way they treat their customers as well as the technology and security tools they design. So, we created this page to show customers exactly that.
